These terms and conditions govern the use of Blue Mobile Logistics and outline the responsibilities and obligations of both Blue Mobile Logistics and its customers.
USE OF SERVICE
By using our services, you agree to bound by these terms.
You must be 18 years and older to use our services.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or requesting a shipment.
DELIVERY
Blue Mobile Logistics will amke every effort to deliver your shipments within the estimated delivery time, but we cannot guarantee a specific delievery time.
You must ensure that someone is avaliable to recieve the delivery at the delivery adresss. Wait time given is 10 minutes maximum.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, Blue Mobile Logistics will return the packages(s) back to the warehouse and the deilivery fee will be added to your account, at our discretion.
PAYMENT AND PRICING
You must pay for our service at the time of shipment or otherwise agreed upon.
The customer is required to pay all custom charges, duties and taxes associated with the shipment before package is released for delivery.
Blue Mobile Logistics accepts varioius payment method, including cash on delivery and wire transaction.
Prices for our services are subjected to cahnge overtime.
LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
Blue Mobile Logistics is not liable for any damage or loss caused by our services, except to the extend require by law.
Blue Mobile Logistics does not guarantee the quality or suitability of the goods being shipped.
You use our service at your own risk, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Blue Mobile Logistics reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any given time without notice.
Your continued use of service after any changes to these terms will constitiute your acceptance of the updated terms.
By using Blue Mobile Logistics Services, you acknowledge that you have read, ubderstood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
